Our grandson attended the June 20-25 Beginning Camp and we
want to let you know what a rewarding experience it was for
him. His excitement about what he did, what he had learned,
and what he received was very heart warming. We were amazed at
the change in him after just a week.... much more mature and
more self-confident! A huge thank you to the staff and
counselors for all that was done to make his stay so special
and to the sponsors for providing him with a scholarship. It
was a unique opportunity for Brandon and we greatly appreciate
all the time, effort, care, and concern by everyone involved
to make such a positive experience possible for him.

Dear Judy,
I would like to thank you and your team
for a great experience for my son Luc at the KOSC Camp. Luc is
my third son who has enrolled in the residential sports camp and
really enjoyed his time and learnings at Red Bluff.
The camp is so much more than an outdoor
sports camp. My boys returned home a little taller, a little
older, more confident and on their way to becoming stewards of
our natural resources. All other camps pale in comparison to
what KOSC offers our youth. Given the diversity of the children
that enroll, rigorous class room work , the wonderful location
and logistics, every child has the opportunity to learn how to
manage, enjoy and conserve our great outdoors in the context of
a fun filled camp. I know all of my boys never looked at
wildlife or nature in the same again. They grew to have a true
love and respect for the outdoor life that we have been blessed
with. For my boys, it allowed them a chance to understand their
place in our ecosystem and learn how they can help to ensure the
balance to conserve what we have in a safe manner.
Again, thank you so much for your efforts
in supporting KOSC. Luc looks forward to attending the Advanced
Camp next year.

Dear Judy,
On behalf of my family I would like to
thank you for the opportunity that you gave my son, Neil to be
in KOSC Beginning Camp held on June 21-26, 2009. It is a life
time experience that we will honor and appreciate. My son talks
highly of the great experience that he had on the camp. I've
never seen my son this excited before. I'm so glad that there
are organizations like yours that help special kids like my son,
develop their interest in outdoor activities. Please extend also
our special thanks to the whole group in the camp. More power to
great efforts that you're doing to us.
